This is welcome! I have been running CRM in a virtual environment for the past 2 years. I never understood why Microsoft would not support their server in a virtual environment - if it wasn't going to work then there is something wrong with the virtualization software or the app doing some really bad funky things. Either way was not a good thing. I never got burned and I never regretted using virtualization. It actually saved me when I upgraded to CRM 4 and had to 'revert' my OS back to the CRM 3 starting point. Official support of virtualization gives me more confidence in the platform (as if I needed any more confidence)...
