I just hooked up a CardScan for Microsoft CRM. It's a neat little device which scans business cards then uploads them into Microsoft CRM (or other less exciting CRM packages) as leads or contacts. If your CRM business process involves collection of business cards then I would seriously consider getting a CardScan. The benefits are twofold: time saving and deeper/richer data entered. Most salespeople still keep a lot of data outside CRM systems in their 'little piles of cards'. Anything you can do to move them into your Organization's shared memory is an advantage. Think of what happens to those 'little piles' when a salesperson leaves or is run over by the proverbial bus.
