Interesting read, given that SaaS itself is a highly innovative concept, those are good ideas, especially the point about designing for different types of customers. It is only now that SaaS has emerged from its "limited cookie cutter application" image.

Really? SaaS as an innovative concept. Payroll companies and banks have been doing SaaS since the 1980s.
