The 'founder' of the CRM Team Blog, Ilana Smith, is moving to a new role in Microsoft's Denmark engineering centre (or center if you prefer). Ilana's departure leaves me as the only Australian on the team - but fortunately there are plenty of other foreigners to keep me company.

As Ilana mentioned in her post I'll be taking over her role as the 'PM blog person'. Over the next few weeks I'll be evaluating my approach to the blog. At this stage I have no plans to make any big changes: as I think the work Ilana and Jim have done to date has been outstanding. I am considering some more 'add on' stuff like Channel 9 style videos. This kind of community stuff can be a lot of hard work and the blog is not my 'day job' (if it does go on my goals it won't be #1, 2, 3 or 4!). While I'm pondering such things over the next few weeks feel free to email me suggestions on what stuff you'd like to see (or not see) on the CRM Team Blog.
