I won't bore all the non-microserfs with too much detail regarding the Microsoft Town Hall meeting today. Let first just say: wow. They did it. The curve is dead, high performers will get decent rewards and more benefits! I'm in favour of the reforms and I hope we will see more positive changes in the years to come. Forget what you've heard about Google: Microsoft is the best place on earth to work.

As a side note: a photo of the CRM team was used as the 'stock background' for the meeting.
