I'd also like to publicly thank our support teams from around the globe - with a special mention to those in Fargo and Shanghai. They have proven themselves as true experts in understanding, diagnosing and supporting CRM 4.0.

To the hundreds of ISVs who participated: I am in awe of your commitment and passion for customer relationship management. Watching you 'bet your companies' on our product is extremely humbling. Thank you. I hope we can do some great business together in 2008.

To others  (VARs, SIs and Customers) - I came to work each day and was energized by your praise and your criticism. Your passion for CRM, your time investment and your willingness to be 'on the frontline' was incredibly impressive.

No doubt we will have pre-release programs for our next version of CRM. In due course the organizers of these programs will notify the usual suspects and recruit a host of new faces. Stay tuned...
