We have a User Manual for CRM 4.0 available online right now at http://www.redware.com/mscrm/handbook. I am working on the second draft so any feedback would be appreciated. The Snyder/Stegar book on CRM 3.0 is of course the bible for any CRM developer. I use mine so much that the book is falling apart....
